As an active athlete and passionate surfer, I fully understand the challenge of balancing health with work, passions and the fast pace of everyday life. As a WILDFIT® Certified Coach, my approach is holistic and deeply personalised. It's not just about changing what you eat, but about transforming your relationship with food, body and energy. Together, we will work from conscious nutrition towards greater resilience, food freedom and sustainable vitality. My career includes key roles as a Customer Experience Manager and Assistant Manager in prestigious hotels, where I led service excellence and process improvement initiatives. This experience gave me a holistic view of how to create transformational experiences also in the field of coaching. I have been recognised with international certifications such as ISO 14001, EMAS and Travelife, and have led teams that have won TUI Service Awards. I integrate emotional intelligence and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) tools to help you generate deep and sustainable changes. And because I communicate in German, English and Spanish, I accompany you without barriers, wherever you are. Outside my professional activities, I am inspired by nature, sport, creativity and philosophy. I live in constant personal exploration, and this energy is reflected in every process I accompany.
